Served as the editorial thrust behind the execution, management, delivery and follow up of photography assignments for dozens of editorial and corporate clients worldwide. Recruited new photographer talent to meet those needs and helped create an infrastructure for tracking hundreds of news and feature assignments. Initially responsible for the development of new photo coverage with a focus on national and feature content. Managed photography submissions from worldwide freelance photographer base and edited the presentation on the company's website.

Received multiple editing awards via the National Press Photographers’ Association annual and quarterly judging. Involved in the editing of two photo book projects: Time Frames – Our lives in 2001, Our city at 300, Our legacy in pictures (part of a team of editors) and Joy Ride –10 Years of the Woodward Dream Cruise (the only photo editor).

Photographed in-house photo assignments (studio, portraits, and interviews) and served as a fill-in picture editor for the national, foreign, business, style and assignment desks. Handled photo research for the book: The Breach – Inside the Impeachment and Trial of William Jefferson Clinton by Peter Baker. Worked regularly as a photo editor with the Washington Post Magazine, often researching historical imagery.
